The Washed Bean Journey
This coffee begins its journey the very day it’s harvested. Only the ripest cherries are selected, carefully hand-picked and sorted for quality. After depulping, the cherries are fermented in open-air tanks for 12–18 hours, then soaked in water for 24 hours before being laid out on raised beds to dry naturally. Over several days, the beans develop their vibrant, fruit-forward character, producing a clean and nuanced cup.
