With over 30 different single origin coffees and blends, we are well equipped to custom design a blend to cater to the most discerning of pallets. Well known for our multi award winning blends, developed by our roast master, Mifeia is dedicated to the roasting philosophy, “Part art, part science”. Determined to keep an edge over the competition Mifeia’s Roast Master has dedicated his life to the relentless pursuit of the perfect blend. What sets our coffee apart is not only our dedication and skill, but our unwavering commitment to quality. We take pride in using only the best imported and local produce sourced from the premier coffee estates of the world. As a result we guarantee freshness, flavour and quality with every sip. Furthermore we are one of the few Australian roasting companies to use “Rainforest Alliance, Fair Trade and 100% Australian Certified Organic” coffee. Thus ensuring that the environment and the communities that harvest the coffee are well looked after and here to offer their premium coffee to future generations.
