Sourced from Coopedota in the renowned Tarrazú region of Santa María de Dota, Costa Rica, this coffee is grown at 1,550–1,800 metres above sea level in rich volcanic soils. Founded in 1960, Coopedota is a pioneering cooperative of more than 900 coffee-producing families, committed to quality, sustainability, and supporting their local community. The region's unique climate, influenced by Pacific Ocean weather patterns and surrounding nature reserves, creates ideal conditions for producing exceptional specialty coffee.
