Entry period for each draw
The seven days ending 9:59am Brisbane time on the day of that draw. The promotion as a whole opens 3 October 2026 and entries finally close 9:59am Brisbane time on 12 December 2026.
Who can enter
Residents of Australia aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families cannot enter.
How to enter
Free: submit your email address on the entry page. Entry is also earned by purchasing — see clause 5. You do not have to buy anything, and you do not have to agree to receive marketing, to enter or to win.

The terms

  1. Agreement. Entering means you accept these terms. They are the full agreement between you and the promoter about this promotion.
  2. Who may enter. You must be an Australian resident and at least 18 years old at the time you enter. Employees, contractors and agents of the promoter, and their immediate families, may not enter. One person may hold only one email address in any single draw; entries made with multiple addresses by the same person will all be void.
  3. Where this promotion is open, and permits. It is open to residents of every Australian state and territory. No trade promotion permit or licence is required for it. Each promotion runs ten weekly draws with a total prize value of A$2,600, which is below every threshold that would require one: the Australian Capital Territory exempts trade promotion lotteries up to A$3,000 (Lotteries Act 1964 s 6(1)); South Australia and the Northern Territory set their thresholds at A$5,000; New South Wales at A$10,000 (Community Gaming Regulation 2020 cl 14(c)). Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania do not require a permit for a trade promotion at any prize value. In Western Australia the promotion is conducted in accordance with Schedule 5 of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Regulations 1988. The promoter does not charge any fee to enter.
  4. Free entry. Submit your email address on the entry page at any time during the entry period. That gives you one entry in the draw at the end of that period. You do not have to buy anything to enter or to win, and you do not have to agree to receive marketing emails — the box on the entry form is optional and leaving it unticked has no effect on your entry or your chance of winning.
  5. Extra entries for a purchase. Anything ordered on www.mifeia.com.au during the entry period earns one entry for every A$10 the order comes to, matched to the email address used on the order. Entries are counted on the amount actually paid after any discount, with any remainder under A$10 earning nothing, and every product counts including gift cards and equipment. So an A$15 order earns 1, an A$55 order earns 5 and an A$250 order earns 25. A maximum of 50 extra entries per person per draw applies, being A$500 of orders. A cancelled or refunded order loses the entries it earned. Entries are added automatically and do not need to be claimed. Use the same email address at checkout as the one you entered with — entries cannot be matched to a different address.
  6. Entries carry over for one draw only. An entry is in the draw at the end of the entry period in which it was made, and it does not roll forward. To be in next week’s draw you enter again — by email, or by buying.
  7. The draw. Each winner is drawn at random by computer from all valid entries in that period, at the time and place stated above. The draw is unconditional; no skill is involved.
  8. Telling the winner. The winner is emailed at the address they entered with, on the day of the draw. The winner’s first name and the first letter of their surname, plus their state, are published on the entry page within seven days of each draw. We do not publish email addresses.
  9. Claiming the prize. The winner must reply with an Australian delivery address and their choice of coffee and grind within 14 days of the notification email. The prize is then sent at the promoter’s cost.
  10. Unclaimed prizes. If a winner has not replied within 14 days the promoter will try to contact them again. An unclaimed prize is held for three months from the date of its draw. If it is still unclaimed at the end of that period, a replacement winner is drawn from the same entry period’s valid entries, at the promoter’s address at 10:00am Brisbane time on the first business day after the three months end. A replacement winner is notified in writing within seven days of that draw and claims on the same terms.
  11. The prize cannot be changed. It is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash or credit. If a chosen coffee is out of stock, the promoter will offer the winner another coffee of the same size and the same or greater value.
  12. Your information, and what it is used for. The promoter collects your email address for two purposes, and they are separate. The first is to run this promotion — to enter you in the draw, to tell you if you win, and to arrange delivery of the prize. The second is to send you Mifeia coffee news and offers, and that one happens only if you tick the optional box on the entry form. If you do not tick it, your address is used for the promotion and nothing else. Your information is handled under the privacy policy and, where they apply, the Australian Privacy Principles. The promoter does not sell or disclose your email address to anyone else for their own marketing. If you do not give an email address the promoter cannot enter you in the draw, because there would be no way to tell you that you had won.
  13. Marketing consent. Ticking the optional box on the entry page is your express consent to receive marketing emails from Mifeia Coffee Roast Australia Pty Ltd about its coffee, offers and news, by email, until you withdraw it. It is not a condition of entering and the box is never ticked for you. You can withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email, or by emailing yili@mifeia.com.au; unsubscribe requests are actioned within five working days and withdrawing consent does not affect an entry you have already made. The promoter keeps a record of when, how and on what wording each consent was given.
  14. Invalid entries. The promoter may reject an entry that is incomplete, made by automated means, made with an address the entrant does not control, or made in breach of these terms. The promoter may withdraw a prize if an entry is later found to be invalid.
  15. Changes and cancellation. If the promotion cannot run as planned — for example a technical failure, or a cause outside the promoter’s reasonable control — the promoter may change these terms or end the promotion, subject to any direction from a relevant authority. Any change will be published on this page. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
  16. Liability. To the extent the law allows, the promoter is not liable for any loss arising from this promotion or from use of a prize, except where that loss is caused by the promoter’s own failure to meet a guarantee it cannot exclude under the Australian Consumer Law.
  17. No connection to any platform. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media or advertising platform through which you may have heard about it.
  18. Records. The promoter keeps records of entries, the draws, the prizes awarded and the publication of results for five years after the promotion ends, and will produce them to a relevant authority on request.
